What to Expect

Warm-Up & Movement Prep (5–10 min)
Athletes start with guided stretching and movement work to improve mobility, activate key muscle groups, and prepare the body for training.

Strength & Technique (10–20 min)
We focus on building strength using barbells, dumbbells, and bodyweight movements—while emphasizing proper technique and safe, effective lifting.

Speed & Conditioning (12–30 min)
High-intensity conditioning designed to improve endurance, power, and recovery—so athletes can perform at a high level from the first shift to the last.

Coach-Led
Every Step Every class is fully coached to ensure proper form, appropriate intensity, and a positive, competitive training environment.

Dates: May 18th - June 29th (12 Classes)
    -No Class Memorial Day

Schedule: Mon. & Wed. @ 6:30pm (Tentative)
Duration: 1 Hour
Ages: 14+ (Boys & Girls)
