What to Expect
Warm-Up & Movement Prep (5–10 min)
Athletes start with guided stretching and movement work to improve mobility, activate key muscle groups, and prepare the body for training.
Strength & Technique (10–20 min)
We focus on building strength using barbells, dumbbells, and bodyweight movements—while emphasizing proper technique and safe, effective lifting.
Speed & Conditioning (12–30 min)
High-intensity conditioning designed to improve endurance, power, and recovery—so athletes can perform at a high level from the first shift to the last.
